AURUM SPACE – TERMS OF SERVICE

Provider: AURUM SPACE EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria

1. Scope of Service

AURUM SPACE EOOD (“Provider”) provides the design, configuration, deployment, and management of the Advanced AI Agent (“Service”). The Service includes prompt configuration, AI system setup, integration with the Customer’s calendar and CRM systems (where applicable), and ongoing operational monitoring.

2. Financial Terms

2.1 One-Time Setup Fee The Customer agrees to a one-time Setup Fee of €1,497. This fee must be paid in full before implementation begins. The Setup Fee is non-refundable once configuration work has commenced.

2.2 Monthly Subscription Following deployment, a recurring monthly subscription fee of €997 applies. The monthly subscription includes 24/7 AI Agent operation, unlimited AI call minutes and conversations, and system hosting and operational monitoring. There are no usage-based charges.

2.3 Cancellation This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis. The Customer may cancel the Service at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No long-term minimum commitment is required.

2.4 Scope of Managed Service The monthly subscription covers ongoing maintenance and optimization of the existing AI Agent configuration. This includes routine adjustments such as pricing updates, FAQ additions or modifications, minor logic refinements, and accuracy improvements. The monthly subscription does not include fundamental structural changes to the Agent’s primary role or operational scope.

2.5 Infrastructure Re-Deployment Fee Requests involving substantial changes to the Agent’s core configuration — including, but not limited to complete role changes, full restructuring of logic flows, or replacement of the core voice identity — are classified as a New Project Implementation. Such requests require a one-time Re-Deployment Fee of €1,497 per instance.

3. Data Authorization & Links to Privacy Policy

The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive license to process provided business information solely for configuring and operating the AI Agent. To maintain service quality, AI interactions may be recorded and transcribed for performance monitoring. For details on user data handling, please review our linked Privacy Policy.

4. Description of SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number, interacting with our digital forms, or explicitly opting in to receive communication from AURUM SPACE EOOD, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of SMS Program: Users opt in via web forms or conversational updates to receive automated transactional notifications, booking confirmations, operational alerts, customer support responses, and occasional promotional follow-ups from AURUM SPACE EOOD.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your direct customer actions, active calendar events, support requests, or specific inquiries.

Disclosures for Message/Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network carrier plan.

Instructions to Opt-Out ('Text STOP'): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Instructions to opt-out require you to simply text STOP to our number to unsubscribe. Upon receiving your STOP command, our system will transmit a final confirmation text message to verify your unsubscribe status.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile network carriers are independent utility networks and are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered text messages.

Age Restriction (18+): You must be at least 18 years of age or older to opt-in to receive SMS notifications or use the services provided by AURUM SPACE EOOD.

5. Performance Disclaimer

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may occasionally produce inaccuracies. The Provider does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, performance metrics, or business results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer during the preceding three (3) months.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations.
