AURUM SPACE – TERMS OF SERVICE

Provider: AURUM SPACE EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria


1. Scope of Service

AURUM SPACE EOOD (“Provider”) provides the design, configuration, deployment, and management of the Advanced AI Agent (“Service”).

The Service includes prompt configuration, AI system setup, integration with the Customer’s calendar and CRM systems (where applicable), and ongoing operational monitoring.


2. Financial Terms

2.1 One-Time Setup Fee

The Customer agrees to a one-time Setup Fee of €1,497.

This fee must be paid in full before implementation begins.
The Setup Fee is non-refundable once configuration work has commenced.


2.2 Monthly Subscription

Following deployment, a recurring monthly subscription fee of €997 applies.

The monthly subscription includes:

24/7 AI Agent operation

Unlimited AI call minutes and conversations

System hosting and operational monitoring

There are no usage-based charges.


2.3 Cancellation

This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis.

The Customer may cancel the Service at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

No long-term minimum commitment is required.


2.4 Scope of Managed Service

The monthly subscription covers ongoing maintenance and optimization of the existing AI Agent configuration.

This includes routine adjustments such as:

Pricing updates

FAQ additions or modifications

Minor logic refinements

Accuracy improvements

The monthly subscription does not include fundamental structural changes to the Agent’s primary role or operational scope.


2.5 Infrastructure Re-Deployment Fee

Requests involving substantial changes to the Agent’s core configuration — including, but not limited to:

Complete role changes (e.g., shifting from lead qualification to technical support)

Full restructuring of logic flows

Replacement of the core voice identity

— are classified as a New Project Implementation.

Such requests require a one-time Re-Deployment Fee of €1,497 per instance to cover the required system reconfiguration, engineering time, and deployment adjustments.


3. Data Authorization

The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive license to process provided business information solely for configuring and operating the AI Agent.

To maintain service quality, AI interactions may be recorded and transcribed for internal performance monitoring and optimization.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable call recording laws in their jurisdiction.


4. Performance Disclaimer

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may occasionally produce inaccuracies.

The Provider does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, performance metrics, or business results.

The Provider is not liable for service interruptions or outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to AI model providers, telephony services, or payment processors.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer during the preceding three (3) months.

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.


6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations.
