AURUM SPACE: TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 8, 2026 Provider: AURUM SPACE EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

AURUM SPACE EOOD ("Provider") specializes in the architectural design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Advanced AI Agent (the "Digital Employee"). This service includes custom Large Language Model (LLM) training, natural language voice architecture, and direct synchronization with the Customer’s existing calendar and CRM infrastructure.

2. FINANCIAL TERMS & INVESTMENT

2.1 Project Implementation Fee (One-Time) The Customer agrees to a one-time Project Implementation Fee of €1,497. This fee covers the bespoke engineering phase, including Intelligence Mapping, LLM training, and system stress-testing. Work commences only upon receipt of this payment.

2.2 Managed Intelligence Fee (Monthly) Following the 14-day implementation period, the Customer agrees to a recurring monthly fee of €997. This fee covers unlimited AI processing tokens, Tier-1 telephony infrastructure

(USA, UK, Canada, Australia), 24/7 system hosting, and weekly logic audits ("Brain Boosting").

2.3 Cognitive Maturity Phase (6-Month Minimum Commitment) Due to the technical nature of AI—which requires a data-gathering and optimization loop to reach peak operational efficiency—all deployments are subject to a mandatory minimum term of six (6) months. This commitment ensures the Provider has the necessary window to refine the AI’s logic based on real-world interactions.

2.4 Early Termination & Liquidation If the Customer elects to terminate this agreement prior to the completion of the 6-month Minimum Commitment, the Customer is liable for an Early Termination Fee equal to the total remaining balance of the 6-month contract. This fee is required to recoup the upfront engineering labor and infrastructure costs incurred by the Provider.

3. DATA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Provider retains all ownership of the underlying proprietary AI logic, custom prompts, and automation architectures developed during the implementation phase. The Customer retains full ownership of their specific business data, patient/client lists, and internal FAQs provided for training purposes.

4. PERFORMANCE & AI LIMITATIONS

AI is a probabilistic technology. While the Provider employs "best-in-class" engineering to ensure 100% accuracy, the Provider is not liable for "AI Hallucinations" (inaccurate responses) or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio).

5. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
